Taking A gift

Hi I found out the barman from the hotel im going to in Oludeniz loves jaffa cakes so ill take him some but what can i take for the family that run the hotel has any one ever done this.I have to bare in mind the weight issue they have a young boy.

pipper - yes shortbread they will love, especially when you explain its from your home country, that was a common pressy we took over and was always well recieved.

Pipper I think I'd go with the shortbread's Scottish of course. I've tried Chocalate in the past ,absolute disaster even in a cool bag.The kids love those loose sweets ,the ones you get in Newsagents. Also taken some strong choice cheese's ,ones you never see in Turkey......(and never had a problem going through customs as i declare and pack separate ).They all just love it .
