Gimnasia pasiva involves muscle stimulation through electrodes, that while producing a small shock, contracts the muscles while you are peacefuly resting. Buenos Aires used to have one 20 years ago around Santa Fe and Callao. Not sure of the name of the center. The sites you gave me are interseting, but it won't mention electrodes. are you fammiliar with it?

thanks!

I'll be stayng about 3 wks, so I thought about a routine, for toning. The one thing I don't know is the price and that is concern, because I don't like surprises, and the cost is not listed, which as a tourist can be a double edge sword, right?

You might be surprised how fit you will stay just being here.

You end up walking miles a day and the food is good. . and it is fresh and not as fat laden as some other countries restaurant foods.

There are gyms all over the city, depending on where you stay, there might be one right on the same block.

3 weeks..all that walking... betcha lose weight :)
