I have worked with Continental Carriage for years and they provide wonderful sedan service. They are at (480) 922-3545. I highly recommend them!

Where is Scottsdale? That's an awfully big area; you could end up spending quite a lot in cab fare if you go from Mesa to, say, North Scottsdale. We have used Discount Cab and always been happy. Continental Carriage is good, too, but I think more expensive - their sedans are nice, though! You might look into shuttles from the Mesa Airport, but I don't know if they have any. (We always fly into Sky Harbor.)

The airport's official site lists taxi companies as well as shuttle providers. Mesa Gateway Airport (or whatever they're calling it now) to any part of Scottsdale is a bit of a drive, so it will be fairly expensive no matter what.
