Resort or hotel with balcony or patio not over 200 per night

Hi we have previously stayed at chaparral suites and holiday in express old town scottsdale. Love the locations, price, amenities, free breakfast, happy hour, shuttle, and our own little outside spot to sit out our room. We would love a little kitchenette, close to old town, with people around to visit at resort or hotel. Would be nice to try some place different. Any suggestions very helpful. Thanks for your time.

When will you be visiting? Rates vary widely throughout the year so knowing that information will make it easier to make recommendations.

Yup, if you're coming next week you could have the Four Seasons for that price but if you come in March you'll be in the Comfort Inn range of motels.

Take a look at Homewood Suites in Downtown Scottsdale, near the arts district .
