September Visit

We are coming to Sedona this Friday for a week and are looking for a couple of nice fine dining restaurants, American, to go to. Also, any suggestions on things to see and do will be appreciated. Kathy&Dave

We'd recommend Silver Saddle room at the Cowboy Club and Rene's for fine dining.

What kind of activities are you interested in?

Chapel of the Holy Cross and Talquepaque Shopping Center appeal to most tourists - not to mention the main drag with all the tourist shops.

Pink Jeep tours come highly recommended.

My list of the top restaurants in town are

Shugrue's Grill (filet mignon, rack of lamb, etc)

Savannah's (steaks and seafood)

Relics (known for their prime rib)

Dahl & DiLuca (Italian)

Heartline Cafe (They just love to cook, great soups)

Ken's Creekside (Continental - great peach cobbler)

Cowboy Club (Buffalo, steaks, chicken, etc.)

Rene's (Continental)

The El Portal is only open 1 night per week -- but it's the best meal in town. Reservations are strongly recommended for all of these and required at El Portal.

Hi, Kathy and Dave,

Welcome to Trip Advisor. There are links in the upper right corner for things to do in a day or 3 days. I would suggest you look at that, and then please come back, tell us about your interests, so we can help you narrow down your choices. For fine dining I would add Cucina Rustica, the sister restaurant to Dahl and D'Luca if you are staying in the Village.

El Portal and Rene's in Tlaquepaque would be .8 mile each way. Silver Saddle and Cowboy Club are much closer to BWAR.
