Question about driving around town at Night

I remember reading once that it isn't wise to drive after dark due to the animals in the area and lack of lights. I'm just wondering how unsafe it is as the Blazing M Ranch's Cowboy Dinner and the Star Gazing Tours seems like a lot of fun. Just anxious as to the driving at night in the area. Thanks!

You should be all right. You'll be at least somewhat familiar with the roads since you wil have driven there in daylight. But do be cautious after dark.

Just slow down!

And word to the wise. Deer travel in packs. If one or two dart across the road in front of you, DON'T just carry on and consider yourself lucky!!! SLow right down, those 2 were just scouts!

Mainly be careful on Hwy 89A in W. Sedona. It is hard to see pedestrians in that area. Drive slowly and use your brights when you can.
