Tanning weather :0))

Sorry for another post about weather.... :0)

Is it warm enough to catch the sun, and get a bit of colour over there right now? Flying out this weekend?

Thanks ;0))

Hi this time of year its usually between 10.30 am and 5 pm before and after which there is no real heat in the sun .Here are 2 sites which i like to follow ,which may help each day in your build up to your holidays.

The first one is written each day by TA member Aguilas ,its usually put on each day mid morning .Its also an excellent read for things about Tenerife

http://queeniesdailysnippets.wordpress.com

The second ,credit should go to Janet Anscombe who posted this link in a local paper. This gives a two day forecast at a time .Plus sea temps .Remember temps are taken in the shade for true readings .Just click on the beach (Playas) in your areas of stay .

Hi

We were over in Los Cristianos a fortnight ago, for a week , and even with the storm and a couple of days of cloud & rain we came back with good tans . The sun was really hot , and sometimes we were pleased to have a bit of cloud and breeze to make it more comfortable to sit in !

The evening's were cooler - just not warm enough for walking about in short sleeved summer tops but certainly still pleasant.

Unfortunately the Tans are fading rapidly and we don't expect to be topping them up any time soon, back here in the Uk :-(

Hi, we always return with a lovely tan, when ever we visit Tenerife, including December and January.
