cell phone compatability

I am from the US and have a motorola Razor phone with a simcard (from t-mobile)

will i be able to buy a phonecard, and also get them to make my phone work on Margarita?

any BsF estimates on getting the chip installed and stuff?

Is there anything like this at the airport in Porlamar so I can do it right when I get off the plane?

thank you all

You will have to go to the DIGITEL office in the SAMBIL mall to get the sim card and a number-they will ask you for a foto copy of your passport-as far as cost-its not much like less than usd$20-I am not sure as my son has the service-I don't. I don't think you can do it in the airport, altho they have a kiosk there (DIGITEL), ask them.
