Bavaro Princess

Staying at the Bavaro Princess this month for our honeymoon. Has anyone stayed in the honeymoon suites or have any good tips?

Catch the tram at the stop before the beach stop especially in the evenings when wanting to go to an a la carte.

Huge resort, beachside is not necessarily the best place to be.

Bring bubba mug, beach is very wide, you might not be laying near beach bar building, have 5 mins to get to your chair, drink has melted, been spilt or evaporated by then...

Shop at elcortecito at Cussie boutique or Los Pinos plaza, face the ocean walk to right about 30mins. When you get to beach huts turn up and go into the village, turn left on first street. Or walk past beach huts and take cussie's beach entrance 2 mins further. Go through the courtyard and you arrive at the back end of their store or a sublet, the street exit brings you into el Cortecito, to the right across the street is Los Pinos, really good prices on those colourful paintings, sarongs, wooden carvings for souvenirs. All fixed pricing no one bugging you, no headaches.
