Why just one night? What are you doing after?

I don't know of any hotels in BH that offer early check in as a standard practice.

There is a hotel at LAX, the Four Points by Sheraton, that offers a "24 hour" rate, mean that you can check in at 9AM and then you don't need to check out until 9AM the next day.

I am not aware of any specific hotels that do this in that area. Note that it is a very expensive area for hotels, in general. There may be hope since at these prices, and with their reputations, the hotels probably would go out of their way to try and accommodate your early check in, but they may not be able to guarantee room availability that early since, of course, by the time the previous night's guests have checked out and their housekeeping staff have made up the rooms for the next guest, it may be early afternoon or later.

In any case hotels reasonably close to Rodeo Drive would include the Four Seasons Beverly Wilshire, the Four Seasons Beverly Hills, The Beverly Hiltion, The Peninsula, The Thompson, the Luxe Rodeo Drive and the Mosaic hotel. Crowne Plaza Beverly Hills and the Residence Inn Beverly Hills are both perhaps a 3/4 - 1 mile walk from Rodeo Drive but should be substantially less expensive than the closer hotels that I mentioned.

You will have a better likelihood of getting an early check-in if the hotel you select is not fully-booked, the night before. In such a case, at least one room will be empty from the day before and already cleaned and ready for occupancy. So, contact the above hotels and ask if they have a number of vacancies from the day before your visit. If they're 'sold out' or 'almost sold out', there's no way you'll get an early room unless the previous night's guests vacate the room early enough for the maid to clean it before your arrival.

If by 'arrive' you mean 'land at LAX' then, landing at 9 am means getting out of the airport at about 11 and to your hotel by 11:30 or so. This would still be an 'early check in' (since most hotels have check ins at 3 pm) but it's likely that a fully-booked hotel would have at least one guest checking out early enough in the morning such that their room could be prepared for occupancy before 11:30.
