Studio tours

Anyone know if there is a bus tour which includes a visit to the Warner Brothers Studio? I know there is one which goes to the Sony Studio. Otherwise anyone advise which buses we'd need to get and where we'd have to transfer etc. - also how long the bus journey would take.

By the way I'll be staying at the Hollywood Renaissance and will be relying on public transport.

Thanks for any information.

For WB, take Metro Bus #163 from the southeast corner of Hollywood Bl & Highland Ave (diagonally across from the corner closest to your hotel). It's a 20 minute ride to the corner of Hollywood Way & Riverside Drive. Get off the bus and continue walking 2 blocks to Avon. Cross to the far side of Avon, turn right on Avon, (there will be an office building on your left after you've turned). Walk to the rear of that office bullding and enter it. Turn left after you enter and go into the gift shop where you will register for the tour. You must have a photo id.

Fare is $1.25 or you can buy a $5 DAY PASS from the driver (no change given) for unlimited rides on the metro rail and metro buses for the day. (If you don't have exact money, buy your DAY PASS from the vending machine in the metro rail station at the corner of Hollywood Bl & Highland Av (northeast corner).

You can pre-purchase your tickets here:

Have fun!
