New Hilton Garden Inn on Highland Ave.?

Is this a new hotel or a re-build? How is the location? Hoping it is a good alternative to the Renaissance, in terms of location.

Scheduled to open in March 2012.

Thanks.

It is currently the Hollywood Heights Hotel, and will be turning over to Hilton in several months. Hollywood Heights Hotel recently went through a renovation and is a nice hotel. Gets a lot of recommendations on here.

FitzLA1, thank you very much for your quick response. It is very helpful to read the reviews on the location of this existing property.Seems like a good area for a few days on a first visit.

Hollywood Heights Hotel is a good location and a nice hotel physically. The owners are bringing in Hilton to manage the property and use the power of Hilton branding. Overall it a very nice place.
