Custom Hotel LAX - possible to run in the morning?

We arrive late on a Monday night (11pm) at LAX, and have seen an reasonable rate for Custom Hotel which seems to have good review to spend the night before we scoot off on the rest of our adventures. Jet lag being what it is, we'll probably wake up early anyway and want to go for a run. Looking at the map, the hotel looks quite close to the beach, so is there any route that we could run down to the ocean, and back. We'd probably be looking to run about 4 - 5 miles or is it all roads and junctions to cross.

We'll then pick up our car, so we can't drive somewhere to run first.

Any thoughts?

Kind Regards

It's less than two miles west on Manchester Blvd. to reach the ocean at Vista del Mar Street. Then there is a sidewalk at the top of the beach which you can run as far as you wish.

There is also a bike path lower down on the sand, but perhaps more trouble to climb down to get to it

The route westbound on Manchester is hilly, busy with traffic and not particularly pretty. I'd recommend jumping on the #3 bus northbound on Lincoln Bl, adjacent ti your hotel for just a few minutes 'down the hill' into Marina del Rey. Get off the bus, walk one block west and run along the path that borders the Marina.
