Stayed here in early September. Got lots of bedbug bites... went to doctor the next day and it ruined our vacation. Donna, the manager, promised that we wouldn't have to pay for the room, but she never has refunded our money. Three times we've called, and three times we've heard, "Oh, that hasn't been done yet? So sorry! Will take care of it today!". We finally called the corporate Best Western phone number, and they say that since it has been more than 30 days that we've been waiting for this refund, they won't do anything for us. Thirty day limit and all, thank you very much. They have been crooks.
