Need shuttle advice for OAK to SF marina area

Flying into OAK next week. Want to get shuttle from airport to marina area. Super Shuttle reasonable price, but has horrible reviews. Does anyone have experiences with other shuttle options? I checked into limo service - $85 each way. I would like something less expensive.

Cannot speak about the shuttles - I am not a shuttle fan and depending on when you come you will get stuck in traffic and have to cross the Bay Bridge

But here is more info on getting to SF by other means

Are you ok with a combo of BART and Cab ? You can take BART (see link above for details and then a cab from the Embarcadero station) A cab because you have bags.

Are you willing to take BART? You can get off at Embarcadero and catch a taxi at the stand in front of the Hyatt Regency (next to the cable car terminal). This would be cheaper than taking a taxi the whole way and faster than using a shared van service. Depending upon the time of day, it may be faster than taking a taxi or private car the whole way, too.
