Loews Hotel, Santa Monica

stayed here August 2006. Really disappointed- pool is small and very very narrow and guests are packed like sardines on one side of the pool, not what you expect for the money that you pay. Beware, some rooms face an ugly building site across the road.

Did you let the hotel know? They seem to be very interested and pay attention to guest's comments. They were very nice and tried to help out once you let them know what your concerns are.

Note: We stayed there over 4th of July with a nice view of the ocean and Santa Monica pier. The room was large size. There are several seating areas around the pool although it is quite popular, and do agree that getting a chair is an issue.
