that's alway a loaded question on these forums :)
Go to the county that has the most wineries you want to visit. Then make a day trip to the other county for the wineries in that region. It's all pretty close.

It depends on what you are looking to get out of your trip. There have been several folks asking the very same question in the last couple of weeks- take a look at those threads and see if that helps you, then if you still need some guidance, come back with a little more information about your trip needs, such as the types of wine you prefer, how long you have to visit, when you plan to visit, if you have budget concerns, etc.
How long do you have for your trip? Maybe you could visit both areas! :)
