Beaver Run usually hosts a party, Thre Great Divide and Keystone Resort. You may want to contact the Summit Country or Breckenridge Tourist Office and see if anything is scheduled at this time. If you want restaurant reservations, you should call soon and see when the restuarant of choice will start taking them.

One of the most fun NYEs we spent in Keystone was dinner at the Fondue der Chessel (on the mountain top) and then heading down just as the torchlight parade was beginning. We followed the torch parade down the mountain in our gondola, getting to the bottom just as they crested the last hill and came down to light the bonfire at the bottom. Then we watched a fantastic fireworks display from River Run Village. There are several bars in the village where you could enjoy the evening. Or check out the Snake River Saloon for dancing.

Not many new years eve party's last year. The torch light parade was cancelled due to the weather, too cold. Restaurants were full, make sure to make reservations before. They did have fire works over peak 9 that were nice.
