Romantic Anniversary Dinner Spot?

Ok all you experts, I need suggestions on where to go with my husband for our big 3rd wedding anniversary! I'd like someplace quiet, preferably no children, and romantic. As far as cuisine, we like steakhouse type fare, but seafood or asian is ok too. Preferably no indian or mexican. We want to spend between $80-120. Any thoughts? Thanks in advance!!!

I would recommend the Briarwood Inn in Golden. It's often where my wife and I go for special occasions.

i love love love the Melting Pot. It's in Littleton off of Santa Fe. It's fondue and it's amazing. Very romantic atmosphere and wonderful service!

for the Briarwood, you'll be up to the $120 with wine.

from search city guide aol: Dinner entrees range from $32-$50; lunch $13-$18

All the suggestions posted on this thread are excellent. The Fort is about what the Briarwood costs but is great also. I'm going to have to try the Highlands Gardens now, since I've never been there.

Most of these are decent suggestions, but there's more exciting places around town. A couple of, perhaps more adventurous, options:

Rioja in Larimer Square, which is a superb restaurant with impeccable service. http://www.riojadenver.com has menus

Mizuna in Capitol Hill, another great restaurant that's now been around for a bit. http://www.mizunadenver.com/

It would be very difficult, if not impossible, to get out of Mizuna for $120 for two, and it wouldn't be all that easy at Rioja.

Here are some other suggestions:

In Cherry Creek:

Cucina Colore- Italian- www.cucinacolore.com

Little Ollie's- Asian

North is also a great spot - right next to the JW Marriott

On 17th: Strings- I always get the same thing- the seabass with couscous.- www.stringsrestaurant.com

Deluxe- on Broadway and Ellsworth- small, quaint. I am not sure that I would call it romantic per say, but the food is wonderful and it's a nice atmosphere. The Hoisin ribs are great!

Happy Anniversary.

Another romantic place can be Bistro Vendome for brunch-
