Does anyone know if the King Soopers supermarket, Green Valley Ranch Blvd. off Tower Road sells wine?

To my knowledge no King Soopers sells wine, only 3.2 beer.

Where are you going? I am sure that we could help with other suggestions.

If they don't there usually is a liquor store in the same shopping center. I know the laws changed but not all King Soopers have added wine. Hopefully a resident will post. I know the King Soopers near my mom does not have wine (or didn't this summer)

After flying into Denver my wife & I will spend the first night in one of the hotels on Tower Road. Next day we will be driving to Rocky Mountain NP and thought we pick up a few bottles of wine before we left.

You will see plenty of liqour stores en route, as you drive through Boulder.

My plan was to drive to Grand Lake for a couple of nights, Estes Park for a few nights then on up to Mount Rushmore. So Guess I would miss Boulder.

If you are going out 1-70 west the Youngfield Exit makes for a great stop. King Soopers and a great liquor store Applejacks.

You are welcome! Yes very easy to find. On the western end of the suburbs, big signs, it is a major exit. You will exit then left under the highway. Is is a rather large strip shopping mall with a Wal-Mart and various fast food chains. If you like wine then Applejacks may take some time! It is really big with bottles that you are not likely to find elsewhere. All at a good price!

There are a couple of liquor stores near the DIA Tower Road motels. Near your King Soopers at Tower and Green Valley Ranch Blvd are Tower Liquors and Green Valley Liquors. This is about 2 miles south on Tower Road, toward I70. You can easily get all the supplies you need and then don't have to worry about exits further west!

Have a great trip.
