Amtrak longterm parking in Denver

We are hoping to find a hotel in downtown Denver which will allow us to park our car for the duration of our Amtrak trip. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hotels downtown charge about $35 per day to park. You should be able to find a surface lot for less. There is nothing around the station during reconstruction.

Or maybe Park n Ride and take the light rail in?

I agree with Alli. It's going to cost you a fortune to leave a car parked downtown while traveling. There will be much more economical parking outside the city and you can take light rail to catch your train. Several hotels near the airport have free or discounted parking for up to two weeks and most have a shuttle service that can drop you off at the nearest light rail station.
