I'll be in Durango in two weeks I'm a bit confused about the weather. Will it be muddy hiking around DMR. Do you think there will be leaves on the trees around Cascade Creek and Purgatory Flats? This will be the first time my niece (17) and nephew (12) will be visiting Durango and I've planned for a lot of hiking, fishing, DMR. Thanks!

1. Re: Snow?

Considering it is snowing there now, I would say many trails will still have snow and mud in 2 weeks. But the weather can and will change between now and your trip.
