Suggestion of restaurant for lunch in Frisco or Dillon?
What kind of food do you want? Price range?
We really like the Dillon Dam Brewery. In Frisco we usually go to the Butterhorn Bakery. Their sandwiches are delicious.
Matt, do you mean Carlos Miguels? Not a fan. Their food is not that good for the prices they charge. Fiesta Jalisco was much better but unfortunately they're gone. I haven't yet tried the restaurant that is now in its place.
Matt is referring to Hacienda Real - the BEST Mexican in town IMO. Fiesta Jalesco is still around in Dillon (next to officemax) and it is very good as well. Carlos Miguel's has great homemade guac (make in front of you) and margs - good Mexican cocktail hour spot.
I think the Boatyard on Main street in Frisco has fantastic pizza and burgers. And a Mezza plate that is top notch.
Thanks for the info! Somehow we've missed out on Hacienda Real. We'll have to check it out next weekend.
yep, was going with hacienda real.
Worth checking out if you haven't.
Dillon Dam Brewery...would it noisy on a Sunday afternoon in September? We prefer a quiet restaurant so we can converse easily.
Boatyard is good for lunch in Frisco as is Himalayan. I like the sushi place in Dillon for lunch. It's up by the Border's book store in the shopping plaza where the grocery store (City Market) is located.
I was just in Frisco and really liked Kemosabe in Frisco for sushi. It was very good.
