be in golden May 11 for wedding what to do & see & eat

need help in planning trip in May for friends wedding. Have a four 1/2 year old also. What are some good restaurants in the area. And fun things to do for families.

Golden is filled with all sorts of restaurants. The Table Mountain Inn has good food. In the fairly immediate area is Heritage Square with shops & restaurants, animals, rides etc.; the Clear Creek History Park is fun but might only be open on Saturdays in May, there is a Railroad Museum, Buffalo Bill's Grave and Museum is close by, and Red Rocks Park is worth a trip

Thanks for the advice. We will be staying at the Courtyard in Golden. The wedding is going to be at the Crystal Rose on Lookout Mountain Road. Getting excited.
