Mystic CT where to go for a special dinner on a Sat in Oct

Hi Staying in Mystic at the end of Oct for a weekend and would like to have a special dinner on Saturday night We were going to eat at the Flood Tides but now I am concerned after reading the reviews anyone have any suggestions I booked bravo bravo for Friday night Thanks

I vote for Dan Packer as well. To be fair, I've seen the mixed reviews for Flood Tide but I have an older relative that loves that place and I've had some fantastic food there. Maybe I've just been lucky with what I order.

I wasn't particularly fond of the Packer Inn - we prefer the S&P Oyster Company both for the food and the view.

when in Mystic, the s & p oyster house is our favorite !
