Last time we stayed at Mohegan Sun, the hotel used my points to pay the bill. I had marked on the checkout slip to use my credit card to pay the bill. Well, this visit was May 16th and I have been in touch with hotel billing 3 days after it happened and they said they would take care of it. As of today, June 4th, I still don't have my players club points back. It only took them seconds to use my points, but it seems to be taking an act of congress and weeks to get them back. Luckily I won't be needing them for dinner until the 23rd of June. Hopefully it will be taken care of by then. I called a few days ago and they said it should be taken care of this week. Has anyone else had this problem and is there an easier way to handle it? I went to a host first and they referred me to hotel billing.
