Condo on beach, for vacation

Hello. Family of 4 looking to rent a condo on the beach for a week or so vacation. Beach view essential. Pool would be nice. Relatively quiet area would be good. $200 per night would be ideal; more is ok if the place is worth it. We would consider the Amelia Soth building. Is that a good choice? Others we should consider? Is there a rental agency you recommend? Thanks!

Be sure to check VRBO as well. Most of the oceanfront condo complexes have pools; but few are heated so not sure when you would be coming down. Oceans of Amelia is located just about 1/3 mile from Main Beach. There are another group of condos further south across from the Surf Restaurant including Amelia South, Amelia by the Sea, Ketch Courtyard, Atlantis on Amelia. Amelia by the Sea has a unique feature in that it has a private pier extending out into the ocean.

One caution is to verify that any VRBO property has a resort rental permit as the City has been cracking down on illegal short term rentals.

Fernandina Beach / Amelia Island isn't a Panama City, Myrtle Beach or Destin/Fort Walton so you will find peace and quiet almost anywhere.

Check with the AI/FB Chamber of Commerce and they can give you names of real estate firms that handle weekly rentals.

Hope this helps and if more info needed, please ask.
