Looking for a KW recipe from locals or others who have it

I could drink the dipping sauce for conch fritters, especially the one at the aquarium. I want to make some. There must be some grain mustard or something like that, maybe horseradish?

It is almost like a remoulade.

Anyone have a recipe that they would be willing to share?

If it's a mustard sauce, what I do is: take equal parts sour cream, mayo, and yogurt (place the yogurt on some paper towel to drain the liquid) add about 1/4 part dijon mustard, a bit of horse radish, a pinch of salt, some fresh crushed pepper, and a little lime juice.

Mix well. Enjoy.

Add cilantro for an extra kick. =)
