the one thing. . .

All of you on here are amazing and I have been reading for weeks getting ideas and now our honeymoon trip is EIGHT days away. Here is my question: If each of you could recommend the ONE thing you HAVE TO DO WHILE in KW, what would it be???

Watch the sunset from any boat. Out on the water is a quintessential key west sunset.

I love the harbor area. Have a drink at Conch House and Schooner Wharf. Also bike/walk through the neighborhoods in Old Town and enjoy the beauty of Key West. The homes and gardens are beautiful.

Catch a sunrise and sunset in the same day. Eat sloppy fries at Sloppy Joe's.

Aside from the water....sit at the bar and talk with people, you'll never know what will happen

Besides what's already been said (and I DO agree that you NEED to get out on the water), if you are driving down . . . Visit Robbie's and feed the tarpon. It is one of the cheapest and most enjoyable way to get into the keys mood on your way in.

I always enjoy a visit to Ft. Zachary Taylor State Park, I never get use to the different colors of the water. History, a nice place to walk around, a beach, picnic place or snack bar.

Oh, and all of the above!

Have a good time and happy honeymoon!

Enjoy a half priced mojito (or four) during happy hour at Alonzo's. (And go to Schooner Wharf Bar daily!) :)
