Beach rules?

Hello! Will be traveling with my husband to Key West in April and had a few questions about laws/rules of the beaches down there. First, can you take coolers on the beach? Secondly, what are the drinking laws on the beach? Can you bring your own? I know a few sell alcohol on the beach. Was wanting to have a picnic with some wine and just want to make sure we aren't breaking any laws. Thanks!

You can buy a beer at the Fort Zach snack bar, and drink it on their deck.

I know the State Parks are no alcohol, but some, like city beaches in the Keys outside of Key West allow alcohol, just not glass. I don't know the City of KW rules so not really commenting on those.
