I was wondering if windsor hills is a bit busy after day at parks. Also having trouble finding smaller vill there
You may find 3 bedroom pool homes in Lindfields, Indian Ridge, maybe Oak Island Cove but in most of the newer subdivisons the smallest free standing home is 4 bedroom. If you can get a good deal on 4 bedroom then go for it. Indian Creek, Rolling Hills and Sunset Lakes are all in the Formosa Gardens area. All within 5 - 7 min of Animal Kingdom.
Terra Verde is a gated community just off the 192. It is handy for all the parks - Disney is 10 minutes away, 15 minutes to Seaworld. There is 2 Walmarts within 2- 4 miles. Restaurants only 3 minutes away, larger selection than Windsor Hills area. The townhouse and villas were all built around 2004. It has a large community pool, fishing lake and clubhouse. We only stay in this area now. This area is handy for everything. We have stay at Windsor Palms, Rolling Hills and Indian Creek.
Cumbrian Lakes is close by which is a small quiet gated community with only about 250 private homes. All homes have private pools, most overlook a lake or conservation area.
Out of all the areas mentioned which one is your first choice? Thanks
I have loads of pictures and details of the local area, directions etc. if anybody would like further info.
I'm sure you wouldn't be disappointed if you decided to try it.
