I booked a stay for what I thought was the Marriott Marco Island (a one bedroom suite), and I happened to find out I was going to be put at the Marco Beach. The sales rep either was clueless or lied to me. Has anyone had a similar experience. I know I saw one posted, but can't find it. I want my full refund, they won't give it to me, and I can't imagine I am the first person this happened to. Any help is greatly appreciated.
