Compare South Seas and Sea Winds

We are planning our first trip to Marco Island in March, bringing our two college age kids and their friends. I'm leaning toward South Seas or Sea Winds. Can you tell me which is nicer? Pros/cons of each? Thanks!

Each condo is individually owned. So condo X in the SST's may be better than condo Y in the SeaWinds. It all depends on how the absentee owner (and rental company) keeps the place up.

Good luck. You can't miss on a beachfront vacation for the teenagers.

If you want any specifics send me a note.

Like MarcoRed said, it is hard to go wrong at the beach. Aside from the differences presented in the units by the individual owners, the South Seas complexes are much higher density than the Sea Winds complex. So, on move in and move out day, there is a lot of activity at South Seas as compared to Sea Winds.

The South Seas pool is much bigger for handling the crowd. In my opinion, the Sea Winds pool is a bit on the small side.

The unit we rented in Sea Winds had its own washer/dryer. I believe that most if not all of the units at South Seas share a couple washers/dryers.
