Grant Seafood Festival coming soon

this is a good festival but it gets very crowded. plan to arrive early in the day or else you may be sitting in traffic for a loooong time. bring some folding chairs if you plan to stay awhile. sit around listening to the music sampling seafood (it's quite good!) and drinking beer, then browse the arts and crafts section. many people attend every year as a way of keeping in touch with old friends. first timers can get bewildered by the crowds and chaos.

Great info pace, it's also usually either windy or sometimes a little rain too. Hope we have good weather this year.

I think they are mostly a fried foods venue. Not many restaurants that I know of even serve them except Dixie Crossroads. Conchy Joes used to when they were open. I love them but it looks like there won't be any there.
