Current Weather in South Beach

I was just wondering if there has been a lot of rain or cloudcover this week. Based on what I see in weather forecasts thundershowers and clouds are predicted. I will be in Miami tomorrow and was curious what to expect. Thank you!!

The thundershowers do not usually last more than an hour. But you will welcome them as they cool the surroundings. We have been having a brutally hot/humid Summer which started much earlier than normal.

Welcome to South Florida meteorology... they just say every day is a chance of thunderstorms. Basically the deal for the past week or so has been a "normal summer," hot, humid and cloudy (somewhat) in the afternoon. We have had some showers in the afternoons mostly. They last for a short while and then the sun comes out and the heat rises.

It hasn't actually rained for a few days on South Beach. The weather says the same thing every day, but last few days we have managed to avoid the downpours!
