Any suggestions for reasonably priced stone crabs in Naples?
Try Joes Crab Shack on Fifth Avenue South just before Fifth turns into East 41. Also, maybe Randys Fish Market on 41 in North Naples. Trulucks would be the best place but may not be considered reasonable in price.
All restaurants have websites. I don't know how to copy and paste on my Blackberry so google for the web addresses.
Mama gave you some good choices.
You may want to try Pinchers Crab shack for some reasonably priced stone crab. They are located in Tin City on the water.
I could rattle off some excellent stone crab restaurants but you used the work "reasonable", this is Naples and things tend to be a little on the expensive side. Go to www.MenuVenueSWFL.com and do a search for seafood restaurants in Naples and that will give you a big list places to check out.
Hope this helps!
I've been in Naples for the past 2 weeks, and the prices I've seen for stone crabs are ridiculous ... plus from my past experience they're a lot of work for little reward. For ex., Randy's had them in different presentations/sizes ... but starting at $25+. You really have to love them for that price.
