We fly out on the 19th October 08 we have received our e tickets from Continental.

Might be worth giving your travel agent a call "NOW" they might be waiting for you to collect them!

Phoned Broadway Travel to be told tickets have not yet been printed and if they dont arrive before next Saturday, collect from airport.

Some how i dont feel very happy about this, only a conversation on the phone nothing in writing......

Call again and ask them to confirm in an email - so you have something in writing.

Or send an email enquiry?

I'm sure it will be fine.

I've received tickets less than 7 days before travel, and I've also picked up from the airport, but in writing is always better.

Good luck & have a fab trip!!!

I would definitely push this one!! I too have collected tickets from the airport, but get as much info from them as you can and in writing as suggested. Get them to email you with your reservation and payment confirmation.

Hi

I agree with DawnG1 phone the airline up and ask for customer services to confirm your flight booking.

Make sure you get a name though.

Hi hun,

I'm a travel agent and this is all pretty much standard. Sometimes the tickets do not arrive....the airlines can print them at the airport and this is something we would advice our clients to do.

You can book a holiday and travel tomorrow and you obviously do not have time to receive tickets so they set up Tickets on Departure...in other words you pick them up from the airport. It doesn't happen very often that we don't receive tickets, but it does happen. Broadway travel are ATOL protected and are a part of ABTA. I wouldn't worry....I'm sure it will be fine.

They should give you Ticket on departure proceedures....i.e What your booking reference is, where you are to pick up your tickets, who you are flying with and the flight number/times etc.
