Restaurant recommendations needed

Looking for some restaurant recommendations out there for our trip later this month. We are 2 adults travelling with our 2 year old, so fast, family-friendly restaurants are ideal (with good high chairs). We are staying at Orange Lake Resorts in Kissimmee. We are from Canada so aside from the McDonald’s and fast food places most other restaurants would be new to us. We will be going to Disney a few days. The only 2 places I know we want to go to is The Olive Garden (we don’t have them in Ontario any more ) and The Cheesecake Factory (been there in Hawaii….sooooo yummy).

Thanks in advance for you help!

LBV and DD have many good choices. Here's a few I would recommend

Rainforest Cafe

Joe's Crab Shack

TGI Friday's

Cheesecake Factory is at Millenia Mall and there are several good choices in that area as well.

Most restaurants in the area are family friendly and geared up for children but please be aware that Cheesecake Factory is not one of them, they do not have a children's menu and don't do smaller portions so it may be worth checking the menu out before you go to see if there are any starter options for your 2 year old.

Olive Garden is one of our favourites and we also enjoyed the Black Angus Steakhouse, plenty of options along the US192.

In Kissimmee , there is a shopping Plaza called the Loop. It is on John Young Parkway. It has many restaurants that are family friendly including Chili's. There is a Macaroni Grille. There is also a Mimi's ( New Orleans style food) across the street from there.

On 192, there are tons of family restaurants- one after another- Olive Garden, Macaroni Grille, Chili's, Perkins for breakfast- one after another.

We really like the Rain Forest Cafe in Downtown Disney- lots of fun and good food. For delicious casual sandwiches, try Earl of Sandwich in Downtown Disney.

For dessert, try Ghiradelli's Ice Cream in DD - Yummy!

Joe's Crab Shack has a great kids play area, and I like it there for a coctail and some seafood. They do kids menus.

And try Bahama Breeze. Don't know if they do kids menus but I am sure they do. Go to their website to check it out.
