Disney Stores?

Just wondering if the Disney Stores in malls accross the USA are any less expensive than the Disney Stores on Disney property??

Specifically for costumes....we're trying to decide if we should buy a priness costume elsewhere and bring it to the BBB or just buy when we're there....

any suggestions, appreciated!

thanks! :-)

Will cost less if you buy it before you go. Walmart, Kmart and some Disney Stores have them as well as www.disneyshopping.com and e-bay

The Disney Store here in Pittsburgh had some beautiful gowns for Christmas. They were incredible, but the price was $150.00. These could not be every day play gowns but were for special occasions. I did not see any of the 30-50 dollar dress up gowns for sale. I have seen some really nice dress up gowns at the Toys R Us in about the 35 dollar range. Those are less expensive than the ones sold at the BBB.

It will cost you more to buy as package at BBB but when my daughter did it we had the whole package and it was lovely, your daughter gets to choose the shoes, dress, tiara and wand from the wardrobe it is then hung up in her dressing room waiting for her arrival, if anything doesn't fit properly it gets sent back and another one delivered to dressing room.

Hope this helps

We found that the ones in the Disney store itself were of a better quality than the ones you can buy from other places. I think they did have a few dresses in the Disney shop in the Premium Outlets, just off International Drive on Vineland Avenue, but you cannot guarantee they will still have any now,

Coach Package includes hairstyling and shimmering makeup — starting at $49.95 plus tax.

Crown Package includes hairstyling, shimmering makeup and nails — starting at $54.95 plus tax.

Castle Package includes the Crown Package plus the Imaging Package (one 6" x 8" and four 4" x 6" photos in a princess-themed photo holder) and complete costume of your choice with accessories — starting at $189.95 plus tax.

On the Disney website they have a sale on at the moment on dressing up costumes.

Hope this helps
