Character dining Orlando

Anyone recently book Askerhaus Character dining? Looking for a couple different choices for two boys and two girls. Also have anyone done any of the Grand Gathering events?

Haven't done Akershus in a few years. We are planning a return in Feb to go see Harry Potter, no Disney tickets, but have already booked dinner with Cindy at 1900 park Fare, and a morning with Stitch and co at the Poly. Which tells you what I'd recommend. :-) We have a 7 yo girl and a 10 yo boy.

We love breakfast with Stitch at the Polynesian, fun for boys and girls. Depending on the age of the kids, I'd recommend the dinner with Cinderella and family at the Grand Floridian--more fun for older kids and adults, though the Prince and Princess are charming to little ones.
