Disney MK, HS, EP, AK, $14/day but you can move around once you have paid at one. Resorts are free for guests and up to 3 hr. For visitors.

Sea World, $14/day.

Universal, $15/day, the parking serves both parks. I believe that resort guests are charged per night stayed.
