Military Discounts vs. Free Dining Package

Is anyone else out there choosing between these two? What are your thoughts and opinions on the pros and cons of each?

Which did you pick?

Thanks.

Are you considering staying at Shades of Green?

From what I have read, think you need to get quotes for Disney lodging (with military discount) and figure out DDP costs and then compare to SOG rates, which would be lodging only.

Perhaps you would be better with Disney (and I am a true SOG believer), but remember you would have to pay for all food if you are at SOG. We have both stayed at SOG and worked there, and over the years, their food hasn't improved--it never has been very good. IMHO!

GOOD LUCK with your decision.

When are your traveling ? How long are you staying ? How many Adults ? How many children and their ages ? And what level of Resort might you be thinking of ?

Lots of questions but The Savings for each option depends on the answers

We would always pick a Disney Resort :)

1 adult and two teens for 5 days in early January. I had decided on CSR over SOG or a value, but the recently released Jan free dining offer has me back at square one in terms of decisions.
