Traveling from Jacksonville to WDW in the morning

I am traveling to WDW this week. We are stopping in Jacksonville off of South 421 somewhere. When is the best time to travel the next morning? Best route?

Well, all of the rush hour traffic will be flowing into Jacksonville, not out. Just take I-95 and then I-4. Once you reach Sanford, you could take SR-417 (a toll road) but I don't think the traffic from there would be that bad. Anyway, take a look at the route: https:/…ExpressMap2009.pdf

I don't know where 421 is but it is about 2.5hr drive from Jacksonville.

Orlando's eastern beltway (state road 417) adds a lot of miles. Interstate 4 looks like a better idea.

I don't recognize a 421 in Jacksonville or environs. South 21 would be Blanding Boulevard, which crosses the I-295 beltway on the west side of the St. Johns River near Orange Park.
