Disney hotel/villa with least small children

Looking for a Disneyworld/Universal property to RELAX poolside or beachside when we aren't touring -- have 2 college kids. Want to avoid places that appeal to younger kids. Probably on the more upscale side of things, with small kitchenette for bfast. Access to good quality food.

Saratoga Springs would be a good option. The studio villas have a small kitchenette and the 1 & 2 villas have a full kitchen. There are several parts to SSR, Congress Park, which is a short walk to DTD with great bars and restaurants, tends to have less kids as it only has a small pool not a feature pool. We love it there as we have often been the only ones round the pool, which overlooks DTD, it's sometimes like having our own private pool.

Saratoga springs. Been there 3 times with my 2 boys who are 18 and 16 in the last 4 years and going in June. Boat to downtown disney, so easy for disneyquest and restaurants. We have a 1 bed villa and one of the boys sleeps on a double airbed we put in the hallway so all have our own space. Has a washer and drier and big full kitchen so very convenient. Four pools including quiet ones, restaurant and counter service. All you need and seems like an escape from the busy parks round us. 97 days to go!
