Best in park restaurant for a couple with no kids

My boyfriend and I will be going to Disney this October and we are looking to make ADR's. There are so many restaurant choices that I am not sure where to begin. What do you all think are "can't miss" disney food options. We are traveling by ourselves with no kids. We like all kinds of food but are more laid back (definitely wouldn't want Victoria and Albert's for example) but are willing to spend $$ if the food is worth it. Thanks in advance :)

I have always been a big fan of Artist Point in the Wilderness Lodge. Here is a sample menu: http://allears.net/menu/menu_ap.htm

Yes, we'll be visiting all four parks over the course of 6 days.

Artist Point is one of our favourites as well

Was going to point out you aren't limited to Park Restaurants, you can dine at all the Resort Restaurants as well

Jiko

Boma

Kona Cafe

Cape May Cafe

Big River Grill

Fulton's Crab House

Via Napoli

La Hacienda

Mama Melrose

Yak & Yeti

So many options, so little time

Partypa gave you a good list. I would add Tutto Italia. I've been to many of the better Italian restaurants in the Chicago area, and one best Italian meals I have ever eaten was at Tutto Italia.

My favorites are The Hollywood Brown Derby, Artist Point, Flying Fish, Citricos, Boma, Jiko and Ohana.

I really like the California Grill, but I think it is closed for renovations, but even when it isn't, getting reservations is so hard it is always a crap shoot.

I don't usually do Italian since I get much better Italian at home and I don't usually do steaks unless I eat at Yachtman's because we stay at the Yacht Club more often than not and it is just easy.

I'd really consider doing the Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue, it is a blast and you can let go of your inhibitions.

Narcoosees at the grand Floridian and watch the fireworks from the decking there. A lovely place right by the water.

Flying fish and boma are also great.

Would agree with a night at hoop de doo which is great fun.

The Hollywood Brown Derby. Ask to wait for a booth. Very romantic, excellent food & service.

Narcoossee's during the fireworks. Fabulous!

The best places for adults only parties are at DTD, IMO. Raglan Rd, Paradiso 37, House of Blues.

The Wave is another good choice at the Contemporary & Sanaa at the Animal Kingdom Lodge Kidani Village.
