Have you checked out the Free Dining Offer at Disney Resorts ? With 20 people, that would be a very nice savings. Staying at a Disney Resort would give you free and easy transportation to all the Disney Parks as well as from and back to the Airport ( MCO) Everyone can come and go as the wish ( will be hard for everyone to come and go at the same time anyway ) You can get Shared ride shuttle service or the public bus to other Parks, Shopping etc

To get the most out of your trip, I would suggest get a big villa and a couple of cars - I know you can do it without but it's a complete pain, for the sake of having an odd beer with dinner the car makes life so much easier - staying in Disney means multiple rooms - either expensive or small, indifferent food and travel to Universal, Seaworld or shopping really tricky - the mouse wants you to spend the whole holiday and all your money with the mouse. Plenty of 10 bed villas, couple of big mini vans and see the whole place.

If you opted for an all suite property like an Embassy Suite, Homewood Suite, or Drury Inn you would get the breakfast included and manager's special 'happy hour' too plus you would have that much needed extra space versus a regular hotel room. Without a car, International Drive would be the best location as you would be able to access public transporation Lynx is our bus company (www.golynx.com) and the I Ride Trolley which is a trolley bus that travels along International Drive (www.IRideTrolley.com).

Villa and three or four cars would be better value and more relaxing but if you don't want to drive then look at International drive on the lynx bus route.

The best value for park tickets can be worked out once you know which parks you will visit. Otherwise you end up wasting money on tickets you can't use or you feel compelled to be at the parks every day from dawn till dusk.

They would need 2 villas, but they said they don't want a car?

If no car, suite properties (in 2 bed units that sleep 6-8) or in condo units somewhere with Lynx access. Condo units might provide more space, but free food does help witht eh budget (although breakfasts can be cheap in a condo/villa).

If you can have a car, I'd suggest 4 (one for every 2 adults perhaps) but a min of 2x12 seaters and 4 drivers and 2 villas nearby each other someplace close to Disney (which would also be the area also good for Universal)

I'd go for a large villa and some cars too. It really is so much easier if you can drive IMHO.

grandvillasformosa.com/florida/… - there are a couple of villas on here that sleep 20 and Reunion resort have larger properties too if villas are of interest.

Staying on International drive near a bus stop is really your only other option for such a large group if you don't want to drive.

Worth a look at sonesta es suites being refurbed, so should be spot on, large rooms free breakfast + great location. Were staying embassy suites i.drive in August so let you know what thats like. Both hotels on lynx/i.ride route and offer shuttles to parks. Weve managed fine without a car as well.
