My boys loved chef mickeys at the contemporary resort and also Crystal palace at magic kingdom at that age if that helps. Got some great photos too.

I always think it is best to first find out what characters they like, as if they are seeing their favorite characters they really won't be paying much attention to what they are eating. You can check out where the characters are here:

If you want to check out the menus and prices at restaurants with character dining, after you have found places with characters you like, you can do that here:

It is also worth noting that if you want to go to a character meal that is within a park, you must have a ticket for the park. If you are going to a character meal at a hotel restaurant, you don't have that issue.
