Best sushi

Where is the best place to go for good sushi in Disney World?

I'll b on the dining plan so not worried if its quick dining or sit down.

The main choices are limited. Japan in Epcot - quick service or sit down. Sushi bar at the Polynesian hotel. Wolfgang Puck at Downtown Disney. Tokyo Dining in Japan and Wolfgang Puck should be on the Dining Plan though I can't say if ordering sushi could be included or an out of pocket.

Our DD is a sushi fiend and she likes Kimonos (not on the dining plan) followed by California Grill (under refurb at the moment) then Tokyo Dining (Epcot) and the sushi bar at the Polynesian.
