Too many restaurants not enough time!

We have ...

5 dinners

4 lunches

5 breakfasts

This is what I want to do..

.Be Our Guest either lunch or Dinner, Tusker House bfast, Hollywood and Vine character bfast or lunch, Fantasmic pack at Mama Melrose dinner? , Yak and Yetti, Chinese meal, Akershus Royal Baquet Hall ( not sure which meal) .Flame tree BBQ, Aloha Dinner show and my hubby wants a chicken burger from Pinocchios Village Haus lol

I guess I don't want to spend my whole time stressing about getting to a restaurant on time but don't want to miss out on experiences too ( we do have to eat )

Also looking at some of the hotels too .....I have 4 weeks until I can start making my reservations. Am I over thinking this lol.

If you are going in September AND want to explore non-Disney restaurants, Orlando restaurants host Magical Dining Month where you can get a low cost, 3-course meal at some of Orlando's best restaurants. here is the web site from 2013. http://www.visitorlando.com/magicaldining/

This is a wonderful opportunity to experience some of the different restaurant venues in Orlando at impressive discounts.

As you're coming from Australia, I'm guessing you have been or will go to Hawaii at some point. Therefore, I would skip the Aloha Dinner Show. There are better dinner shows. Replace this with dinner at O'Hana. Fun for all, at the Poly.

Here is a workable plan for your selections:

First Night: Dinner at O'Hana followed by fireworks on the beach

Animal Kingdom: 10:30 brunch at Tusker House, 5:00 dinner at Yak & Yeti (skip flame tree)

Hollywood: 10:30 brunch at Hollywood & Vine, 5:00 dinner at Mama Melrose

Magic Kingdom: Noon lunch at Pinocchio House, 6:30 dinner at Be Our Guest

Epcot: 10:30 brunch (American food) at Akershus, 5:00 dinner at Nine Dragons (only seated venue in China)

Departure Day: Breakfast at 1900 Park Fare, Cape May Cafe or O'Hana (all are in resorts-not parks)

There are many lovely venues in Epcot. You might consider a different restaurant for dinner. Nine Dragons is very mediocre.

Happy planning!

Here was our schedule of table service meals and we enjoyed everything:

Dinner @ Chef Mickey's; Mama Melrose; Boatwrights (we stayed at Port Orleans FQ and had dinner here after a day at Universal); Hoop de Doo dinner show (loved it); Coral Reef (was my son's favourite); Raglan Road

Breakfast@ Tusker House; Ohana

Suggesting brunch and early dinners could work. I just always think breakfast lunch dinner lol. I guess muffin for breakfast hit the park and these times would be out of peak dining times? Or are these times 10.30 amd 5 pm aprox ) popular too.

We haven't been to Hawaii that is planned for 2017 ( my 40 th ) but will look at O'Hana.

I have been looking at Chef Mickey , we went to Disneyland last March and did Goofys Kitchen which I beleive is very similar.

There is good ideas here thanks !!

Correct. These are not peak dining times, on purpose. Arrive at rope drop and hit the biggies, before your meal, and save Fast Pass+ for later in the day.

You'll LOVE Hawaii.

Yes, Goofy's Kitchen is very similar to Chef Mickey's. There are many other choices at WDW.

If you want a dinner show, Hoop Dee Do gets rave reviews! (unlike Aloha)

Happy planning!
