You just wait 10 mins. Rarely does it rain for much longer than that.

I wouldnt worry about rain being predicted. Before I went to Orlando last Sept I was constantly checking the weather forecasts from home in Ireland and rain was predicted for every single day plus thunder storms. But these thunderstorms and heavy downpours only last about 10 mins each afternoon/ evening and once the sun comes back out everything dries out very quickly so it really doesnt affect your holiday. Enjoy Orlando! Thunderstorms are just part and parcel of Florida so don't worry about them!

However if you do get a full day of rain there are plenty of indoor things to do. Bowling, cinema, museums, shopping malls. You.ll never be bored with the entertainment choices on offer!

Are you just coming for the weekend? What were your ideas for activities before looking at the forecast?

My apologies rickis, I've just noticed that you're from Florida so obviously you know exactly what the weather is like!!

Sorry I can't help you with off the beaten track things to do, I really just stick to international drive and the theme parks every time.

I no this might sound odd but if it is raining why don't you travel to st petersburgh to watch the baseball the tampa bay rays it easy to get there just get a taxi to the greyhound bus depo at john young parkway it only costs about $50 return to st pertsburgh then when you get off the bus in st pertesburgh its only a 5 mins walk to the baseball ground which you can see when comeing in on the bus
